About Us

A History of Craftsmanship, A Vision for Global Quality

Oman Cutlery is a trusted manufacturer with over 40 years of experience in kitchen knife production. Our journey began in 1980, when our parent company was founded in Taiwan, built on a passion for metalwork and a commitment to quality.

In 1994, we expanded into Mainland China, establishing our first kitchen knife manufacturing facility in Shanghai. This move marked the beginning of our large scale production capabilities, combining traditional craftsmanship with emerging industrial technology.

To meet growing global demand and enhance efficiency, we opened our second factory in Zhejiang in 2008, strategically located in one of China’s most prominent hardware manufacturing hubs. This facility is equipped with the latest machinery, advanced quality control systems, and a highly skilled workforce.

Sustainable Manufacturing Begins at the Factory:

Our Commitment to Eco-Friendly Practices

In an era where the planet’s resources are becoming increasingly precious, sustainability is no longer just a slogan, it’s at the core of corporate responsibility. As a brand dedicated to crafting high quality kitchen knives, we understand that precision and durability are only part of our promise. Equally important is how our products are made.

● Energy Efficient Equipment: Balancing Performance and Sustainability
To significantly reduce energy consumption, our factories have been fully upgraded with high efficiency, energy saving equipment. From smart air conditioning systems to low energy forging and polishing machines, every detail is carefully designed and optimized. This not only ensures a more stable production process but also greatly reduces electricity usage.

● Carbon Reduction: Minimizing Our Footprint at the Source
To truly realize our vision of carbon neutrality, we have restructured our manufacturing processes and shifted toward low carbon materials and green energy. Some of our production lines now operate on renewable energy sources. We also collaborate closely with our supply chain to assess carbon emissions from raw materials and transportation.

● Wastewater Treatment: Efficient Closed Loop System

Water is a vital resource in manufacturing. To reduce environmental impact, we have implemented an advanced closed loop water treatment system that filters and purifies wastewater from production for reuse. This system helps minimize water consumption, reduce dependency on external sources, and support our commitment to sustainable manufacturing.
