Subject: Update on Our New Vietnam Facility – Trial Run in Progress, Full Production in Q4

We are pleased to share an important update regarding our new manufacturing facility located in Ba Ria–Vung Tau, Vietnam. The factory has now entered its trial operation phase and is steadily moving toward full-scale production, scheduled to begin in Q4 of 2025.

This new facility, Oman Kitchen Viet Nam Co., Ltd. focuses on the production of forged knives and stamped knives, and will operate in tandem with our existing plant in Zhejiang, China. The establishment of the Vietnam factory is a key strategic move to enhance our global production capacity, optimize supply chain management, and offer improved flexibility to meet growing customer demand.

With this expansion, we aim to:

·    Offer greater responsiveness to regional and global markets

·    Maintain the same high standards of quality and reliability that our customers have come to expect
